HUSK X PASTORE COLLAB BEER LAUNCH & MEET THE BREWER. OFFICIAL NORTHERN MONK FRINGE EVENT

We *might* not have kept it a great secret due to fairly high excitement levels… but back when the weather was ridic me and our Immy headed down to Waterbeach to brew up a collab with best buds and tip top sour beer peddlers @pastorebrewing

We had a bit toooo much of a good time… all thanks to the incredibly knowledgable and friendly team down there  

We tasted our way through 10+ barrels discussed fruit ate a heap of pizza and got our blend on creating something truly delish that’s been “resting” away

Now the beer is ready we're going to throw a bit of a party to mark the occasion on the eve before Northern Monk's Dark & Wild fest.

We'll have our collab beer on tap and available to takeaway in lovely 75cl bottles Chris from Pastore will be coming to informally answer any questions about the beer, the process, Pastore Brewing and much more!

This event is free entry and you do not need a ticket. However if you preorder you will be guaranteed a bottle and receive 10% off your first pour on the bar. 

Once it's gone, it's gone! And it's set to be a very special beer! We let our beer get a little crazy with wild fermentation, and it turns out, that's just how it likes to party.
